Two kitchens,

BonCo was born from a simple idea: what happens when a pastry chef and a fine dining caterer join forces? The answer is bold flavour, beautiful presentation, and smiles that last long after the last bite.
Founded by Cormac Winnell and Bonnie Smiles, BonCo brings together over 16 years of professional kitchen experience — trained under some of Australia's top chefs. We specialise in Australian native ingredients, seafood, and dietary-friendly menus. Whether it's a three-tier wedding cake or a 200-person corporate event, every dish is crafted to leave your guests smiling.
